Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionists to join our team. This fully remote position is open to both entry-level and experienced professionals who have a strong command of medical terminology, transcription software, and excellent listening skills. The ideal candidate will transcribe and edit medical dictations with high accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and edit recorded medical dictations from healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses.

  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar in transcriptions.

  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in medical reports.

  • Use speech recognition software and make necessary corrections.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations.

  • Organize and manage medical documents effectively.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to clarify dictated content.

  • Stay up to date with medical terminology and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in medical transcription and terminology.
