Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, client service delivery. Our Epic Credentialed Trainer will be a primary member of the Epic support team. This role is a hybrid role. PDM Epic Ambulatory (Ambulatory Clinics) Lead and Builder Professionals will support/coach/advise our Client's Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle - Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation while minimizing extensive travel. This unique opportunity provides you with a full career path within the firm.<br><br><strong>Work You'll Do/Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Under direction of the Applications Manager, the Application Analyst I/II is a specialist in their respective Epic Application(s) and supports core functions of the health system's processes</li><li> Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation as well as application support and issue resolution</li><li> Interacts with Operational and IT personnel in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizational requirements</li><li> Maintains high credibility and ownership of system activities within assigned application</li><li> Works directly with Operations and provides input on system design and capabilities</li><li> Develops system design, including functional specifications and strategies, based upon the analysis of specific operational needs</li><li> Analyze operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions</li><li> Understand workflow practices and how to apply to system configuration in support of Operational/IT strategies, issues, and priorities</li><li> Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes</li><li> Work with Application Team to ensure applications are well supported and implementations are properly executed</li><li> Follow defined standards, promote best practice principles, and participate in change control process</li><li> Optimizes, maintains and supports application/system as required</li><li> Participates effectively as a team member to achieve team goals and objectives</li><li> Provides on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production support issues during Activation as applicable</li><li> Initiates escalation procedures</li><li> Identify potential issues and refer more complex issues to appropriate level of support</li><li> Builds rapport and always promotes teamwork by maintaining a professional and positive attitude, working to maintain open and professional lines of communication with all end users and colleagues, and utilizing key change management principles</li><li> Lead meetings as needed, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and manage a project plan</li><li> Meet application deliverables, project timelines, and delivery weekly status reporting</li><li> Timely project and data tracking with input of weekly time tracking</li><li> Performs other related duties assigned by supervisor</li><li> In an emergency, performs other duties necessary for the welfare of patients or the efficient operations of the institution<br><br></li></ul><strong>The Team <br><br></strong>AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
