Job Description:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide product training, target account identification and ongoing support to internal and external channel partners.
  • Manage and motivate a network of third-party sales agents (Manufacturers' Representatives).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce.com.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of sales experience, in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience developing and managing key accounts
  • Product demonstration experience and competence
  • Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
  • Salesforce.com experience is preferred
