We're looking for a Title & Lien Specialist to join our team and help streamline the title transfer and lien filing process for recreational vehicles (RVs) across the country. You'll play a critical role in making RV ownership stress-free by handling paperwork, navigating DMV systems, and working closely with customers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure every title is processed quickly and accurately. What You'll Be Doing
  • Title & Lien Processing: Prepare, review, and submit title applications and lien filings for RVs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • DMV Coordination: Submit documents to DMV offices, track applications, and resolve any issues to avoid delays.
  • Customer & Lender Support: Communicate with customers, banks, and credit unions to confirm lienholder details, release liens, and troubleshoot title discrepancies.
  • Document Management: Use tools like Adobe, SharePoint, YachtCloser, and Salesforce to manage and organize paperwork and digital files.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on DMV rules and titling regulations across different states to ensure all transactions meet requirements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with sales and finance departments to ensure RV sales are processed smoothly from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 2+ years in administrative or document-heavy roles; experience with title/lien work, DMV processes, or dealership finance is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a knack for spotting errors and ensuring accuracy.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using digital platforms, document tools, and entering data with speed and accuracy.
  • Problem Solver: Capable of navigating bureaucracy, resolving missing or incorrect information, and seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Organized: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
