Provide telephonic advice and support to patients seeking mental health guidance. Utilize nursing knowledge and expertise to assess patient needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Collaborate with other members of the mental health team to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources. Monitor and track patient progress, and make appropriate referrals as needed. Remain current on mental health best practices and treatment modalities. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers. Provide compassionate and non-judgmental support to patients in crisis. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans. Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting patient well-being. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
