<p>As an <strong>Inside Sales Representative</strong>, the role is to make meaningful connections with customers and their caregivers to sell Lively products and services that support the customer’s unique health and safety needs. Sales Representatives receive inbound sales and activations calls and use a consultative sales approach to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can enhance or even save lives. To thrive in this role, the Representative must be able to actively listen, deliver kind and clear communication, excel at problem solving, skilled in digital tools and be performance driven.</p> <p> <strong>Pay:</strong> $19/hour base pay, plus uncapped commissions. The average compensation including base + commission is between $53,000 to $55,000 annually. Top sales agents exceed this average.</p> <p>This role is <strong>remote</strong> but may involve occasional onsite collaboration at our Best Buy Health office. For this role, you must be located within a commutable distance to Novi, Michigan. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.</p> <p> <strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work during scheduled shifts to answer high volumes of inbound sales calls from existing and/or new customers, following SOPs and ensuring adherence to quality and legal standards </li> <li>Apply active listening skills to understand and identify customer needs in order to provide relevant, accurate information on Lively products and services and recommend appropriate solutions </li> <li>Effectively and efficiently close sales of products, upgrades, and additional value-added services to maximize value to the customer </li> <li>Become an expert on the Lively product line and understand specific features and limitations of each product, package, and service feature; stay up to date on pricing plans and available promotions </li> <li>Configure and maintain a remote workstation, including hardware setup (e.g., multiple screens, docking stations) and software applications (e.g., CRM tools, VPN access). </li> <li>Meet or Exceed key performance indicators, goals and objectives on a monthly basis </li> <li>Learn and utilize team tools and sales software and payment systems, adopting new systems and processes as required </li> <li>Develop and tailor sales approach and skillset by incorporating feedback and coaching from team leaders and supervisors </li> <li>Understand the role that Lively products and services play in the broader spectrum of Best Buy Health offerings </li> <li>Activate new lines of service for phones/devices purchased through retail partners as required </li> <li>Other duties as assigned </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Basic qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li>1 Year of sales experience required </li> <li>1 Year of experience interfacing with customers and applying interpersonal skills to meet customer needs </li> <li>1 Year of experience meeting/exceeding clearly defined performance metrics </li> <li>1 Year of experience working with a computer including proficiency in typing, navigating across multiple applications at once, and with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, etc. </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Preferred qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li>1 year working in a call center environment </li> <li>1 year working in an inbound sales environment </li> <li>Experience using Sales Software including Costguard, Microsoft Analytics CRM, Salesforce or similar </li> </ul> <p> <strong>What’s in it for you</strong> <br />We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
