Ensure the performance of the portfolios meets or exceeds expectations for quality, profitability and growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Assist indirect dealers with the loan origination process; specifically with application and loan funding documentation.2. Responsible for answering the main 800 number which includes dealer and client inquires.3. Build and maintain relationships with dealerships in order to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships. Be able to provide written and/or verbal communication with dealer clients and other third parties such as insurance agents, external loan clients, outsourced Finance and Insurance operations and internal bank teammates.4. Input data from faxed, mailed, and emailed loan applications into Origenate loan system. This includes being able to differentiate applications based on product, program, and by type.5. Review loan package documentation and input appropriate data point for loan amounts under $50,000.00 into Origenate loan system.6. Contact appropriate dealership personnel regarding missing, incomplete or erroneous documentation.7. Ensure proper lien perfection for all Marine and RV products, including state requirements for titles and/or Uniform Commercial Codes and knowledge of First Preferred Ship Mortgages.8. Fund loan proceeds and reserves daily; balance and reconcile the daily funding settlement and scan and balance the loan proceed and dealer reserve manual tickets.9. Various side work tasks (including but not limited to): rebate and chargeback requests, commodity checks, substitution of collateral requests, etc.10. Assist Underwriters and Dealer Relationship Managers in general portfolio management, including loan maintenance and retail client service activities.11.
