CSR is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external customers through order processing, preparation of correspondence, and fulfillment of customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. CSRI may be required to work from a remote location and requires minimal supervision.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <li>Accurately enter customer orders and order changes within Sysmex systems and take appropriate actions to ensure customer requirements are met.</li> <li>Ensure calls and correspondences are addressed within standard response time.</li> <li>Utilize various Sysmex systems to accurately document customer transactions activities.</li> <li>Develop positive rapport with customers and coworkers and collaborate to resolve issues.</li> <li>Understand and support company and department goals and objectives</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Associate’s Degree or 2 years relevant Customer Service experience in a related industry or manufacturing environment. </li> <li>Knowledge and understanding of Customer Service processes and systems.</li> <li>3 - 12 months of Customer Service experience or experience in a related industry or manufacturing environment.   </li> <li>Strong communication (verbal and written); Fluent in French is a plus.</li> <li>Microsoft Suite proficient; SAP or related ERP system.</li> <li>Detail oriented; Time Management; Makes decisions according to existing policies and procedures; Applies basic problem-solving skills and knows who to involve.</li> </ul> <p>Sysmex is proud to be an EEO/Affirmative Action employer.
