CSI fosters a dynamic environment where data-driven insights and financial discipline are key to driving strategic growth and operational excellence.<br><br><b>Role Summary</b><br><br>The Senior Manager, FP&A will serve as a strategic partner to technology leaders within CSI, overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and execution functions. Provides comprehensive oversight of budgeting, forecasting, business modeling, and operational finance for technology-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will shape financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline, and enable informed decision-making that supports the launch and scale of new software products across McKesson's internal companies.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with CSI's technology roadmap and business objectives.</li><li>FP&A Management: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for technology projects, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.</li><li>Financial Operations: Oversee monthly/quarterly close activities, variance analysis, and reporting on key financial metrics to senior leadership.</li><li>Business Partnering: Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to evaluate new business opportunities, develop business cases, and support resource allocation decisions.</li><li>Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to assess ROI, scenario planning, and risk analysis for new software initiatives.</li><li>Process Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Performance Management: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor product and project performance, proactively identifying areas for optimization.</li><li>Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls, mitigating risks and maintaining audit readiness.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights, recommendations, and updates to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.</li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Requirement</b><br><br>Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications.<br><br><b>Education</b><br><br>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree strongly preferred.<br><br><b>Critical Skills</b><br><ul><li>10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or finance strategy, ideally within a technology or software development environment.</li><li>Proven track record in leading finance teams, managing complex budgets, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel modeling.</li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.</li></ul><br><br><b>Additional Skills & Competencies</b><br><ul><li>Technical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics; proficiency with financial software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, BPC, SAC).</li><li>Analytical Acumen: Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities; adept at synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.</li><li>Leadership: Strong people management skills; ability to inspire and guide teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences.</li></ul><ul><li><b>*Project Management & Business Case Development: </b>Demonstrated experience leading projects from inception to completion, developing robust business cases, and effectively managing competing priorities in dynamic environments.</li></ul><ul><li>Results Oriented: Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to deliver results and possess a strong drive to meet and exceed expectations.</li><li>Business Partnership: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Results Orientation: High level of initiative, accountability, and commitment to driving business outcomes.</li><li>Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and change; thrives in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.</li></ul><br><br><b>Salary</b>: 122,100.00 - 162,800.00 - 203,500.00 USD Annual with 20% MIP<br><br><b>P5</b><br><br><b>Reporting Structure</b><br><br>This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A, CSI.
