The Supervisor, Care Operations’ primary responsibility will be to support and supervise a staff of non-exempt employees to ensure monthly and quarterly performance metrics are met. This individual will supervise a team assigned to complete and support multiple daily tasks, projects, programs, and care support related duties. They will work closely with Care Management to improve and streamline processes to make our call center operations more efficient both for the company as well as our customers.<br>This role is onsite which means you must be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy Health office in Reno, NV, and San Antonio, Texas.<br><br><b>What you’ll do</b><ul><li>Train, coach and mentor staff to handle work volume and issues, in accordance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Set expectations, provide clear direction and assign tasks to staff to ensure consistent progress is made toward monthly and quarterly goals</li><li>Manage customer outreach projects and provide accurate reporting to invested parties</li><li>Coordinate, monitor, and report account and/or program performance to achieve business objectives and to meet customer expectations or contractual agreements</li><li>Supervise the day-to-day operations and performance focused on optimizing customer experience in usage, billing, and fraud risks</li></ul><b>Basic qualifications</b><ul><li>Minimum 4 years of customer service experience required</li><li>Minimum 3 years of call center experience required</li></ul><b>Preferred qualifications</b><ul><li>Prior leadership experience including managing work performance and attendance preferred</li><li>Minimum 2 years of program/project support or account management related experience preferred</li><li>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred</li></ul><br>Best Buy Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer that complies with Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and Vietnam Era Veterans\' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA).
