We are looking for a Master Control Transmissions Operator to join our Global Broadcast Operations team. What You'll Do: Own the Control Room: Take charge of live broadcast operations, ensuring detailed coordination of guest shots, IFB setup, and routing of all inbound and outbound feeds. Global Video Management: Be responsible for critical live video signals including Bloomberg Terminal and web streams, maintaining consistent quality and minimal disruptions. Maintain Broadcast Integrity and Excellence: Partner with internal and external teams globally to ensure broadcast and playback content is transmitted consistently. This includes confirming content is synchronized with the broadcast log. Maintain a high level of technical and communication standards. Innovate the Transmission Process: Apply innovative technology like Live-U, Fiber/IP solutions and advanced broadcast systems to open up the boundaries of what's possible in real time news transmission. What You'll Bring: Shown Expertise: You have experience in broadcast operations and live television, preferably within high-pressure environments. Technical Mastery: You are proficient with industry standard technologies such as Live-U, fiber/IP solutions, RTS panels, satellites and more. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: You can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and accurately under tight deadlines. You have an outstanding eye for detail. Communication Skills: You can collaborate optimally with all team members including talent, producers, and crew, to keep operations running efficiently. Salary Range = 30 - 35 USD Hourly The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
