<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Walt Disney Imagineering is the master planning, creative development, design, engineering, production, project management, and research and development arm of The Walt Disney Company. Its dedicated corps of Imagineers are responsible for the creation - from concept initiation through installation - of all Disney Resorts, theme parks and attractions, real estate developments, cruise ships, regional entertainment venues, and new media projects. This team brings the magic to life!<br><br>As a Senior Financial Analyst on the WDI Operations Finance team, you will help support the ideation, design, production, and construction of projects, with FP&A responsibility for multiple WDI Studios.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and coordinate key financial processes (Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plan, Monthly Forecasts) with Studio leadership</li><li>Prepare budgets and perform financial sensitivity analyses where appropriate</li><li>Analyze actual financial results and/or prospective new business proposals, including Capital Authorization Requests</li><li>Build financial models and other tools to analyze key performance indicators and perform ad hoc analyses</li><li>Prepare comprehensive business reviews and updates to Executive-level audiences on a timely basis</li><li>Drive efficiencies through process improvements, including constant updates, revisions of financial models, templates, and planning processes.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis work experience</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Understanding of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow drivers</li><li>Able to take directions and inputs from partners locally and remotely</li><li>Willingness to take on initiatives and learn new systems and applications<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Prior Walt Disney Company finance experience preferred</li><li>Prior experience with SAP and Power BI or Tableau preferred<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Education:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent<br><br><br></li></ul>#twdcmedia<br><br>#corp_media
