This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the architecture of our Akeneo Product Information Management system and digital content workflows to support seamless product data syndication across multiple channels including web, app, in-room TV, A.I. bots, and agents. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs, content strategy, and technical execution to ensure a scalable, efficient, and high-quality product content ecosystem supporting caesars.com and all our digital products and channels.</p><p>Content Management is more than just publication; it\'s about championing an approach aimed at integrating best practices into every facet of the content management chain. You will take every opportunity to promote a quality-first culture where authors and developers not only assume responsibility for the quality of their own content but also actively engage with other teams and our business.</p><p>Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate in our Content and Product community of practice - which may include bi-weekly discussions, reading/actively listening to associated books, podcasts, articles, etc.</p><h2>Duties and Responsibilities:</h2><p><b>Product Information Management Architecture & Strategy</b></p><ul><li>Design and maintain the overall architecture of the Akeneo PIM system and Content Management System data models, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.</li><li>Understand the difference between a PIM and a CMS, and know how to leverage both within the context of an enterprise eCommerce system.</li><li>Lead the implementation and integration of PIM with eCommerce platforms, ERP, DAM, and other systems.</li><li>Define data models, taxonomies, and governance frameworks for product data.</li><li>Administrate the Akeneo & Workato platforms including access and rights management at a product, property, and field level.</li></ul><p><b>Content Management & Optimization</b></p><ul><li>Set and define product hierarchy and their attributes that make up the product schema to enable product teams to filter, sort, and search for products.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, merchandisers, and digital marketers to define content standards and workflows.</li><li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product content across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Develop and enforce metadata standards, content tagging, and SEO best practices.</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner with IT, UX, eCommerce, and business stakeholders to align content architecture with business goals.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert on PIM and content systems, providing training and support to internal teams.</li></ul><p><b>Data Syndication, Quality & Governance</b></p><ul><li>Manage Workato workflow management system to syndicate content from the PIM to Dynamo DB.</li><li>Establish data quality KPIs and implement validation rules and enrichment processes.</li><li>Monitor and resolve data issues, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.</li><li>Understand strongly-typed schemas and manage GraphQL APIs at a high level.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems, Digital Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in PIM, content architecture, or digital product management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with PIM platforms (e.g., Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica, Stibo, Riversand).</li><li>Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, content management systems (CMS), and digital asset management (DAM).</li><li>Proficiency in data modeling, taxonomy design, and content lifecycle management.</li><li>Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and syndication tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Experience with headless commerce or composable architecture.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, product taxonomy, and digital merchandising.</li><li>Certification in relevant PIM or CMS platforms.</li></ul><p><b>About us</b></p><p>At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary.
