Help us provide comprehensive services that include primary care, health coaching, physical medicine, care navigation, and more.<br><br>As the RN Triage nurse, you'll provide administrative support to our Wellness Primary Care Clinics. 'Partner-owned' means our most important resources--People--drive the innovation, growth, and success that make H-E-B The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.<br><br>Do you have a:<br>HEART FOR PEOPLE... a passion for our patients - health and well-being?<br>HEAD FOR BUSINESS... skills and knowledge to drive customer satisfaction?<br>PASSION FOR RESULTS... drive to cover administrative duties and provide Clinic support as needed?<br><br>We are looking for:<br>- related degree and certifications; 3+ years of experience<br><br>What is the work?<br>Administration / Training:<br>- Monitors / manages Clinic healthcare effectiveness data and information set (HEDIS) performance measures<br>- Manages referrals; may manage some escalated referrals<br>- Applies RN expertise to support Call Center triage process<br>- Authorizes medication refills; serves as clinical expert for all subscription memberships<br>- Assists with lab results reconciliation<br>- Serves as a Case Manager<br>- Supports occupational health initiatives<br>- May manage / lead special offsite projects; works on assigned special clinical projects<br>- Serves as CPR / BLS instructor in all H-E-B Regions<br>- Manages quality control of training in all H-E-B Regions<br>- Ensures clinical compliance and proficiency / consistency across H-E-B Regions (e.g., workflows, staff training and competencies, equipment calibration)<br>- May collaborate to develop clinical processes and related training<br>- Develops clinical SOPs and workflows as needed<br><br>Patient Care:<br>- Spends about 20% of time providing patient care and clinic support, as needed (e.g., offsite screenings, backfilling short-staffed clinics)<br>- Provides comprehensive nursing care; provides a caring environment; responds to all requests personably and accurately; accommodates special requests when possible<br>- Serves in RN on-call rotation <br><br>What is your background?<br>- Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree<br>- 5+ years of experience<br>- Current unrestricted RN license in Texas, or from a Nurse Licensure Compact state<br>- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, CPR, etc.<br><br>Do you have what it takes to be a fit as a Corp Nurse with H-E-B Wellness Primary Care?<br>- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills<br>- Strong verbal / written / listening communication skills<br>- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills<br>- Organization and time-management skills<br>- Bi-lingual (English - Spanish) skills (preferred)<br>- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks; adaptability; flexibility; attention to detail<br>- Ability to work as key part of a team<br><br>Can you...<br>- Function in fast-paced office and clinic (when needed) environments<br>- Work extended hours and rotating schedules; sit / stand / stoop for extended periods<br>- Regularly lift up to 20 lbs<br>- Travel statewide (up to 15%)<br><br>08-2023</p>
