REQUIREMENTS
  • You must be at least 16 years old, have a personality for customers service & a love for cookies!
  • Crew Members must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift heavy items from time-to-time, smiling all the way!
  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies
  • Decorating and displaying the finished cookies
  • Ensure finished cookies meet food safety and quality standards
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked cookies
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
  • Clean as you go!
