We're seeking motivated sales experts to be part of our thriving sales team in the expanding home improvement industry. Our Design Consultants attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners for sales presentations. They offer all the information needed for homeowners to make an immediate decision on their gutter protection requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Travel from your residence to company-arranged, pre-qualified homeowner appointments
  • Conduct product presentations and discuss tailored quotes during in-home consultations
  • Adhere to a value-based selling process grounded in honesty and integrity
  • Participate in training and regular sales meetings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours for daily appointments (required)
  • Capability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
  • Proficiency in using various applications on an iPad (required)
  • No prior outside sales experience necessary
  • Eagerness to learn a structured and proven sales process
  • Strong desire and skill to close sales

Compensation

  • Uncapped commission structure, with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000+
  • Opportunities for performance-based bonuses
  • ICBA Contractors insurance offering

Schedule

  • Flexible weekly scheduling
  • Required evening and weekend availability
