This role is integral to advancing our data automation, process improvement, and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background, with particular emphasis on Alteryx and Microsoft Excel expertise.</p><p></p><h2>What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:</h2><ul><li><p>You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry</p></li><li><p>You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance</p></li><li><p>You will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards</p><ul><li><p>We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create innovative solutions</p></li><li><p>We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation</p></li><li><p>Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work</p></li></ul></li></ul><h2>What Work You Will be Responsible For:</h2><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain complex Alteryx workflows and data pipelines to support reporting, transformation, and automation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Establish and oversee integrations between Alteryx, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automate to enhance and streamline business processes.</p></li><li><p>Develop, optimize, and manage SQL databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning as required.</p></li><li><p>Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, Power Query, and Power Pivot, to automate and validate data preparation.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple business systems.</p></li><li><p>Support comprehensive documentation, troubleshooting, and the ongoing improvement of automation workflows.</p></li></ul><h2>Basic Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Decision Sciences, or a related technology field or 4+ years of relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>1+ years of experience in a support role or basic knowledge of development, maintenance, client support, enhancement, and optimization of an organization’s Data Management or Business Intelligence (BI) systems, processes, and information is required.</p></li><li><p>Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Alteryx workflows for ETL, reporting, and automation.</p></li></ul><h2>Preferred/Desired Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><p>Experience working with complex formulas, lookups, PivotTables, Power Query, and Power Pivot in Microsoft Excel</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to write and optimize SQL queries, design schemas, and develop stored procedures.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and system integration.</p></li><li><p>Experience integrating Alteryx with APIs, SharePoint, and various data sources.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization platforms.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of data governance principles and best practices in database design.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, or automation scripting languages (Python, VBA, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities.</p></li><li><p>Capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time, remote-friendly environment.</p></li></ul><p>EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
