We partner with marketplaces, employers, and platforms to deliver high-impact learning programs that lead to real outcomes.<br><br>We're looking for a <b>Partner Account Lead, Channels & Marketplaces</b> to lead and grow some of our most critical partner relationships. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that operational excellence and strong learner outcomes turn into high-leverage partner success and revenue growth.<br><br>This is a growth-oriented, partner-facing role that requires both account management strategic and growth tactics. You'll close new channel and marketplace deals, ensure they are built for long-term success, and then take ownership of the relationship after launch-driving both strategic and revenue expansion.<br><br><strong><b>What You'll Do</b></strong><br><ul><li><b>Identify and close new channel partnerships</b> that align with Chegg Skills' mission and drive scalable learner acquisition</li><li><b>Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies</b> with strategic accounts requiring post-close sales and marketing activities and tactics to be successful</li><li><b>Enable partners</b> with sales materials, training, co-branded messaging, and solution readiness</li><li><b>Manage a growing book of partners</b>, with a focus on activation, retention, and revenue expansion</li><li><b>Coordinate across internal teams</b> (Product, Marketing, Ops, Legal) to operationalize partner agreements</li><li>Monitor and optimize <b>partner-influenced pipeline</b>, track KPIs, and forecast channel-driven revenue</li><li>Represent Chegg Skills at partner events, conferences, and ecosystem summits</li></ul><br><strong><b>What You Bring</b></strong><br><ul><li>Proven experience in <b>channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances</b>-especially in edtech, workforce development, or SaaS</li><li>Comfortable with a <b>sales quota and variable compensation</b> structure; track record of closing new logos through indirect channels</li><li>Strong business acumen and storytelling ability-can translate Chegg's value into partner outcomes</li><li>Experience with or interest in <b>skilling, workforce development, and education as a benefit</b></li><li>Familiarity with channel models such as <b>resellers, referral networks, marketplaces</b></li><li>Relationally intelligent: you're a <b>trusted advisor, coach, and enabler</b> to your partne</li><li>Self-starter who can build something new while <b>working cross-functionally to scale impact</b></li><li>Passion for <b>equitable access to education, reskilling and upskilling in the age of AI</b></li></ul><br><br><b>Bonus</b>: Familiarity with workforce ecosystem partners; experience working with learners or mission-driven programs that prioritize access and outcomes<br><br>Why do we exist?<br><br>Students are working harder than ever before to stabilize their future.
