<h2>Job Description</h2><div>Job Description<div>Description:<p>The Director of Strategic Enterprise Accounts works with the field sales team to leverage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contacts and maximize area penetration into strategic partnerships. This role will manage strategic accounts and work hand-in-hand with Regional Directors (RDs) to extend Kerecis market penetration with IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizations. The role works in close collaboration with the RDs to execute strategic plans. </p><p><br /></p><p>This position directly reports to Kerecis’ VP of Corporate Contracting & O.R. Enterprise Accounts.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Primary Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Create IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizations targeted strategies to expand coverage and access to Kerecis technologies</li><li>Manage GPO contract additions and requests</li><li>Build strategy to partner with salesforce to open new hospitals</li><li>Build strategy for high-value existing accounts and drive to a close</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovative partnerships with IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizations</li><li>Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key decision makers</li><li>Maintain thorough knowledge of political climate, market trends and contracting needs</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners</li><li>Leverage cross references to go deep and wide within IDNs</li><li>Work with hospitals and IDNs to "Kerecize the house” maximizing adoption and utilization of the Kerecis product lines</li><li>Work cross-functionally within Kerecis to achieve management by objective (MBO) targets and goals</li><li>Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned </li></ul>Requirements:<p><em>Competencies</em></p><ul><li>Relevant technical and consultative sales training</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional organization</li><li>Strong project management, presentation, communication and financial analysis skills</li><li>Superior communication and presentation skills</li></ul><p><em>Education & Experience</em></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline from an accredited college or university</li><li>5 years of related experience in healthcare medical device industry</li><li>Track record of successfully working with IDNs, GPOs, and other strategic healthcare organizations</li><li>Relevant advanced degrees and/or healthcare certifications preferred</li><li>Strong, established relationships with hospitals in designated area</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Travel: 50-70%</p><p><br /></p><p><em>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
