Job Description

Are you passionate about video games and eager to make a tangible impact on the player experience? Ubisoft is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Game Tester and Community Moderator to join our remote team. This unique role combines critical game testing with active community engagement, allowing you to shape our games and foster a vibrant player base from the comfort of your home. As a Game Tester, you will meticulously identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues, providing valuable feedback to our development teams. As a Community Moderator, you will be the voice of Ubisoft, interacting directly with players, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and respectful online environment. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute test plans and meticulously report bugs, glitches, and technical issues found in games across various stages of development.
  • Provide constructive feedback on game design, usability, and overall player experience.
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure the quality of game updates and new content.
  • Monitor official game forums, social media channels, and other online communities for player feedback and discussions.
  • Engage with players in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner, answering questions and escalating issues as needed.
  • Enforce community guidelines and moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Identify and report trends in player feedback to the development and community teams.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge bases related to game issues and community best practices.
