Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously improve and evolve the paid search strategy. Test and experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition. Manage budgets and bidding strategies to ensure optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness. Mentor and train junior team members on paid search best practices and techniques. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools for enhanced campaign performance. Stay updated on TripAdvisor's products, services, and offerings to effectively promote and drive conversions through paid search campaigns. Maintain a strong understanding of the travel industry and competitive landscape to inform strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
