<p>Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy.</p> <p><strong>A day in the life (Responsibilities) </strong></p> <p>The Mission of Enterprise Solutions Team at Toast is to help our largest customers solve their biggest tech needs and make critical decisions through Toast solutions and partnerships, and the Solutions Consultant plays a critical role as part of that mission. </p> <p>As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll get to work directly with upmarket hotel customers and be an advisor to them as they tackle their toughest challenges through technology. You’ll help our customers make strategic tech decisions, propose new solutions and integrations, and lead cross functional efforts to pilot and scale these solutions at established brands, while driving SaaS revenue for Toast.</p> <ul> <li>Strategy: Partner with executive leadership within our customers to interpret their business objectives, collaborate on the technical roadmaps and products (Toast and partner integrations), and influence key decisions about new technologies to drive customer and Toast growth.</li> <li>Execution and Project Management: Scope and lead key technical deployment projects for key customers, coordinating efforts across Toast teams, our partners, and customer’s organization.</li> <li>Cross functional management: Coordinate across internal teams to help our customers solve their challenges and identify scalable solutions for sales and profitability growth</li> <li>Relationship management: Mitigate risks and issues as key technical point of contact across technical and systems functions</li> <li>Problem Solving and Decision Making: Help our customers solve their most pressing challenges when it comes to Toast and integrations, balancing short and long term priorities</li> <li>Solution Advocate: Represent our customers’ needs to our Toast internal product and solutions teams, helping our teams prioritize roadmaps and feature enhancements with largest ROI</li> </ul> <p><strong>What youll need to thrive (Requirements)</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years externally facing consulting/solutioning experience</li> <li>Strategic thinker, with ability to prioritize issues, and provide solutions that address key challenges</li> <li>Experience driving technical projects to conclusion</li> <li>Strong executive presence, ability to engage and influence externally with polished presentation (slides and verbal) skills</li> <li>Ability to scope projects and lead cross functional teams </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills/ Nice to Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hospitality industry technical /digital experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI at Toast</strong></p> <p>At Toast, one of our company values is that were hungry to build and learn.
